Education
Law and Advocacy Unit
The Education Legal Advocacy Unit was set up in January
1997. The Unit provides advice and representation to children
and/or parents involved in education disputes with a school or a
local education authority. The Unit operates within the
South-East of England. For education disputes outside this area,
we are still able to offer advice and provide negotiation and
mediation services. People living in the West Midlands area

Our
solicitors and barristers provide legal advice on all the issues
of education law, including:
