The
Children's Legal Centre Launches New Website!
On 1st April 2004 the Children's Legal
Centre will launch its exciting new website. This will provide
valuable information for parents, carers and professionals on
all aspects of child law. This information will be available
in a 'user-friendly' frequently asked questions style. There
will also be pre-recorded information available by telephone.
Please note our new service will replace our existing telephone
advice line and e-mail advice service. From 1st April
you will no longer be able to contact us directly by email or
telephone. This is part of our drive to provide efficient IT
advice throughout England and Wales, and to ensure that more
people have access to accurate and up to date legal advice.
In
the meantime, please continue to use the online legal query
form.
The Children's Legal Centre would like to deal with your
legal query as efficiently as possible. It would assist us if
you could take the time to complete the following form and email
it to us.
We
would prefer to contact you by telephone particularly if your
query is involved. However, if this is inconvenient, please
state otherwise in the 'other comment' section of the query
form.
We
will endeavour to deal with your query within 7 working days.
