Authorisation to use DEC Alpha machines

The only users authorised to use the DEC Alpha machines are:

• Academic Staff

• Postgraduate Students

• Computing Service Staff

• Other users making academic use of software packages available only on the DEC Alpha machines, i.e.:

  • F77

  • Fortran 90

  • GNU Compilers and Utilities

• Other users specifically authorised by the Computing Service to do so, for specified purposes only
