| How do I pay for my printing? |
You have a printing account associated with your login name. Whilst this
account is in credit you will be able to print.
You pay money into your account in one of the following ways:

| I purchased credit but my account has not been updated, what do I do? |
It's possible that there were network/systems problems at the same time you were crediting your account. Our systems are updated every 10 minutes so please wait this amount of time before reporting the problem to the IT Helpdesk (see reporting problems below).
| Can I print in colour? |
Colchester - Select IT-HelpDesk_Colour from the
printer list. Contact the IT Helpdesk (4SW.5.4) to release your job.
Southend - Select OSA_Colour from the printer list.
Click here to log into the
PaperCut web page and click the Jobs Pending Release link on
the left side of the page. From here you can release individual jobs or
click Release All. Contact the Help Desk (R3.62) if you
have any problems.
Colour printing is 35p per colour page, duplex/double sided colour printing is 70p per sheet of paper.

Yes, please follow the instruction here to set your device up.
| Can I print from my laptop to the ISS lab printers? |
Yes, open a web browser to https://papercut.essex.ac.uk/app, log in using your University login and password, then select 'Web Print' from the menu down the side. Follow the instructions.
