Printing Charges

All ISS mono lab printers will charge 5p per sheet of paper (two sides).

The IT Help Desk colour printer (Colchester) and the OSA Colour printer (Southend) both cost 50p per sheet.

 Colour poster printing is also available from Print Essex.

How Are Printing Charges Paid?

Printing charges are automatically debited from your account.
All accounts have to be in credit before printing is allowed.

To see the balance of your account either:

• login to the 'MyLife' section of the MyEssex Portal; or

• view your printer account via secure web page; or

• Click the 'Details' link on the Papercut widget (usually bottom-right of screen when logged into an ISS lab PC)
