In eight constituencies "against all candidates" received the most votes and no
elections were held in Constituency No. 31 (Chechnya). New single member elections were held in these nine constituencies. The following parties were removed from ballot before election: - Kedr (Ecological Movement) - Panfilov, Petrov, Okhlobystin - Spas (Saviour) Movement - Barkashov, Davidenko, Belik - Russian Conservative Party of Entrepeneurs - Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR) - Vladimir Zhirinovsky's original party - RCPE and LDPR were ordered onto the ballot by Supreme Court, and later removed by Central Election Commission ² The % seats are calculated from the number of seats filled (224) and not the total of 225 seats in single-member constituencies. |
