A team of advisers are based within Student
Support to provide information, advice and guidance. You
can drop in during opening times or contact us by

or telephone.

Please
note that Student Support will be closed on Monday 27 May due to the
Bank Holiday. In the event of an emergency then please contact
the Information Centre
on Square 3 which is staffed 24 hours a day. Student Support
will re-open on Tuesday 28 May.
If you have an enquiry outside
these hours that can not wait, please
telephone Student Support. If staff are not available you will
be able to leave a message on voicemail or you could
email
us.
If you have a
scheduled appointment
outside our usual hours please
knock loudly on the main door.
What happens when you come to the Student Support Office
General callers:
When you arrive you will be greeted by our receptionist. Depending
on your enquiry you may be referred to a Duty Adviser. The Duty Adviser will take details of your
enquiry in private and will often be able to guide and advise you immediately. It
may be necessary to find out more information and come back
to you or to pass your enquiry on to another adviser or service.
If you have an appointment:
When you arrive you will be greeted by our receptionist, please
inform them you have an appointment and who it is with. You will be
asked to take a seat in our waiting area.

can be found on the right.
