Open Road -
Outreach service for substance misuse.
Open Road is a voluntary organisation supporting
individuals, their families and local communities with issues around
drugs and alcohol. Open Road provides a holistic service to clients
including information, advice and support, assessments, keyworking and
counselling.
The service can be accessed by emailing
help (@openroad.org.uk) or
by calling 07948 405038. The drop in service at the Colchester campus
is no longer operating due to low take up. However, appointments can
still be made to meet on campus or at a convenient local venue.
The service is free of charge, confidential and independent of the
University. It is available in the Colchester area to all members of the campus community.
More information about Open Road can be found on the website
